Meet the Founder
Brian Morris is an experienced education leader, school founder, and strategic growth professional who has spent more than 20 years working across traditional, online, private, and alternative education.
Brian is the founder and Head of School of ALPHA Hybrid Academy, an accredited hybrid microschool serving students in St. Augustine, Florida. He also serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships for Citizens High School, where he helps develop educational partnerships and expand access to flexible learning opportunities in the United States and internationally.
Through Level 3 Education, Brian brings his experience directly to aspiring founders and education leaders. His work focuses on helping clients develop their vision, establish effective systems, strengthen their operations, attract families, and build organizations positioned for sustainable growth.
Brian’s approach is strategic, personalized, and practical. He understands the opportunities—and the challenges—of building an innovative education organization because he has done the work himself.
